Please call if you fall into the two categories listed below:
１．If you have a difficulty of breath, fatigue, or a very high fever
2．
・If you have a chronic disease, such as an elderly patient, patients with diabetes, heart failure, pulmonary diseases such as COPD, or having received hemodialysis, and have a fever or a cough or cold-like symptoms
・If you have been under immunosuppressive treatment or chemotherapy and have a fever or a cough or cold-like symptoms
3．If you are not categorized above and have a persistent cough or have cold-like symptoms
（Please ask your doctor if you have the symptoms listed above more than 4 days. Although these symptoms varies based on a patient, but if your symptoms are severe or you have to take a fever medication continuously, please ask you doctor.）
